System Warranty

Xradia Microscope systems are covered by a comprehensive one (1) year warranty for all parts and labor, upon system acceptance. In addition, Xradia offers 2 levels of field service coverage after the warranty period:

Silver Service Package

Extended field service support coverage for one (1) full year after warranty expiration. Includes all parts and labor, excluding X-ray tube and CCD replacement.

Gold Service Package

Same as Silver Service Package, including extended 12 month replacement on X-ray tube and CCD camera.
